Aurora Aksnes, born June 15th of 1995 in Stavanger and known professionally as Aurora often stylized in uppercase as AURORA is an Norwegian music producer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is a May 2015 release from Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from media and bloggers. Half the World Away from Oasis was released by the group Oasis was recorded for an ad campaign for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is a Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry, who endorsed the song Runaway with her voice, gave it some more recognition. Celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is that of finding a piano in her attic and being awed by the sound it could create. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father.
